Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Each Puerto Rico Shop LLC store is independent and sets its own Shipping Policy. All shipping is the responsibility of the vendor from whom you purchased the product. Puerto Rico Shop LLC is not responsible for sellers' shipments.

We suggest store owners ship items within 7 days of placing the order, although we encourage them to do so within 1-2 days.

Sometimes there are orders that by their nature tend to take longer than the suggested 7 days.

If you paid through PayPal, your order is protected for 180 days, according to PayPal's buyer protection policy. If you paid by credit card, the time to file a dispute is set by your credit card company.

If you have any concerns about the shipping of your order, please contact the seller of the product.

Shipping Methods

  • We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail as our shipping method.
  • You may also pick up your order at the Seller's physical store.

Shipping Cost Estimates

The shipping cost estimate is calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be calculated on the "Shopping Cart" page, once you have entered the recipient's state and zip code, before completing the purchase. All items will be combined to offer the lowest freight charges.

Shipping cost calculations provide the seller with the ability to ship orders anywhere in Puerto Rico and the United States.

Tracking Information

All orders receive acknowledgments of receipt, invoices and tracking numbers sent by email. To avoid delays in the delivery of your order, we require a valid email address. We do not sell or share your email address, physical address, phone number, or any personal information. The requested personal information is used exclusively to keep you informed and facilitate the delivery of your order.
